Today I will share with you a very delicious and yet very simple dessert recipe, that is not allowed to be consumed without special supervision. If consumed in big quantities, this dessert will definitely create an addiction, which can be dangerous. I am of course kidding, it is a tasty dessert, that you must try, but you must keep it under control, as all deserts that are very intense in sugar (such as Nutella) of course. But once in a while you should definitely enjoy some delicious desserts more intense in sugar as usually. Just double your sport routines that day and you will be just fine.

The secret ingredients are coconut oil (which is a great healthy replacement for butter), blueberries (which are engaging your metabolism in a positive manner), and of course a lot of love.
