Dear Alice,
Today I would like to share with you my top workout songs, that motivate me and that energize me while training during the week or in the weekends. For most of my workouts exercises I have a music playlist that I listen to using my wireless sport headphones, and that I always keep up to date and that I extend as the time goes by.
