Best Recipes Ideas: Hazelnut Coffee Cake
Dear Alice,
Today I would like to present you a delicious recipe, and that is the “Hazelnut Coffee Cake”. As the name already suggests it this is a desert, which is in fact easy and fast to prepare, and incredible delicious! So here are the essential information you will need when you decide to prepare this cake.
- What exactly is the “Hazelnut Coffee Cake”?
- This is a sponge based cake, having as its main ingredients the eggs and flour of course, but also its secret ingredients: hazelnut and coffee. When I say coffee I mean filtered coffee. Do not be afraid! Even if you are not a big fan of coffee, this cake is still very delicious: the coffee taste is not intensive at all, the coffee just makes the cake very juicy. But enough about describing its taste: you should just try it yourself 🙂 ! In fact this is an inherited recipe, it is not my product, but I love it, it is really tasty!
- When to prepare it?
- Anytime you want to prepare a fast and delicious desert: for a birthday or an anniversary, for breakfast, for the weekend, for a delicious dinner with family or with friends. The cake is easy to transport, and if kept in the fridge it lasts up to 5 days. I like to prepare this cake mostly on Sundays in the afternoon. In this way, it will represent a delicious and powerful breakfast for the week to come. In fact, in this way I can say that on Sundays afternoon I am quite motivated for the “bloody” Mondays to come 😀 .
