Here’s the next destination I highly recommend you for your next summer holiday, and that is Brela in Croatia. A beautiful place, where you can enjoy not only the beautiful and unique landscapes, but you can also discover the treasures of the sea.
I had the chance to visit Brela this year for the summer holiday just after our stay in Podstrana.
Situated on the Makarska riviera, Brela will definitely astonish you with its beauty consisting of a mixture of pine woods and pebble beaches. So you better start packing 🙂 .
We booked a lovely room in a villa located next to the Marina in Brela. The place was lovely! In addition, the beach next to the Brela Marina is like a dream come true, nothing else you could wish for from a beach during your summer holiday: you can either enjoy the warm rays of the sun or you can cool yourself in the crystal clear water of the sea while also admiring its treasures: a multitude of colorful fishes and corals. Yes, the Mediterranean sea does hide a treasure that is worth seeing 🙂 . So snorkeling or diving is a must in Brela.
You can further entertain yourselves with other water sport activities or you can sit back and relax the wonderful landscapes of the place! The restaurants have a great ambiance and the food is nothing else but delicious in Brela, plus in the evenings you can enjoy different refreshing drinks or cocktails on the outdoors bars located directly on the beach. There’s nothing else to add, Brela has it all. Just find the time and the motivation to visit it.
