Since last weekend I attended yet another marvelous “Cirque du Soleil” performance in Wien, this time being mesmerized by the uniqueness and the unforgettable “Amaluna” show, here is why this time I would like to point out to you some reasons on why you should book tickets to any “Cirque du Soleil” performance.
Yes it is true that usually the “Cirque du Soleil” performances are a bit more expensive than other shows, but I would say that it all pays off: the performance, the ambiance, and in one phrase the overall investment. Plus as I understood it and as I read it, part of the “Cirque du Soleil” wins from the shows displayed all over the world are also invested in different charities that help and that support humanitarian causes all over our planet. So their shows are definitely worth it!
So here are some main reasons on why I would encourage you to invest in booking tickets to any “Cirque du Soleil” performance:
- “Cirque du Soleil” shows are always a combination between a marvelous artistic performance and an outstanding acrobatic execution. Okay, so it is true that “Cirque du Soleil” is a circus, but it is definitely a one-of-a-kind circus that combines theater performances with acrobatics and humor in the same time.
- “Cirque du Soleil” shows have always their own soundtrack music, performed lively during the show by a band, integrated perfectly into the story. The music varies from rock, pop-rock, alternative rock, electronic music, to classical musics. This definitely adds a unique flavor of the shows.
- “Cirque du Soleil” shows have always a very strong and meaningful story, with a lot of symbols and contemporary and classical meanings. You do not always have to read behind the lines to stay on track with the “Cirque du Soleil” performances. Their shows have a very direct approach to a narrative story, and they can even be watched and they can even be enjoyed by children. But still if you manage to read behind the lines, then you will find a whole new unexplored territory.

Starting with the shows themselves that are always performed on a round scene with multiple similar performances on the stage for the same act, so that the audience can have the best visibility from any place of the room.
