Best Recipes: Nutella Pizza with Fruits

Today I will share with you a very delicious and yet very simple dessert recipe, that is not allowed to be consumed without special supervision. If consumed in big quantities, this dessert will definitely create an addiction, which can be dangerous. I am of course kidding, it is a tasty dessert, that you must try, but you must keep it under control, as all deserts that are very intense in sugar (such as Nutella) of course. But once in a while you should definitely enjoy some delicious desserts more intense in sugar as usually. Just double your sport routines that day and you will be just fine.

INGREDIENTS (1 Portion)

  • For the dough: use my Home-Made Pizza Dough Recipe from this website.
  • For the topping:
    • Nutella (2-3 Teaspoons)
    • Fresh Strawberries
    • Fresh Kiwis (or Bananas) or any other fruits that you enjoy

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare the home-made pizza dough as indicated on my recipe. Alternatively you can use any other pizza dough that you like.
  2. Create a round pizza form from the dough and add it to a baking tray with baking paper. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven ( at 210 grades Celsius) for about 15 minutes until the pizza gets a golden color.
  3. Take the pizza out of the oven and let if cool for a bit, still it should not be completely cool when you add the Nutella layer in the steps below.
  4. Wash the strawberries and the kiwis, and cut the fruits in small pieces (alternatively you can use bananas, they are just a delight with Nutella).
  5. Add 2-3 teaspoons of Nutella on the pizza (which is not completely cool) and spread it homogeneously. Then add the fruits in layers on the pizza for forming the final toppings.
  6. Enjoy the pizza as a main dessert with tea or coffee!
I just tried the recipe and it is delicious! I am looking forward to try also the strawberries-bananas variant next time!
